Partner Coaches
Change Up grew out of the Emmaus Leadership project established in 2013 to develop specific coaching for leaders and teams engaged in transformational change programmes in the Church. This project successfully fulfilled its aims over its ten years of operation and I am pleased to have partners from that project as well as some new colleagues alongside me as Change Up takes up the baton of transformational coaching with individuals, leaders, teams and organisations looking to their next season of significant change.
Ian Woods
Ian Woods is an Executive Coach with 25 years’ experience of working with teams and individuals in defining purpose, engaging focus and raising performance. He spent 12 years as an athlete competing at two Olympic Games before coaching others to Olympic level. Ian also has 10 years’ experience of planting and leading churches in England and Scotland.
Ruth Hassall
Ruth Hassall is a trainer, author and coach with an MA in Leadership, Renewal and Mission, a Diploma in Transformational Coaching and has over 20 years’ experience of coaching and training individuals and organisations. Ruth is a creative coach specialising in leadership transformation and growth, team building, growing leaders, renewal and mission.
Andrew Belfield
Andrew Belfield has been coaching leaders and teams for over 35 years. He worked with the London Institute of Contemporary Christianity for 7 years coaching in both church and secular contexts. His special expertise is with the millennial generation of leaders helping them to engage well in the complexity of organisational change.
